Welcome New Agent!
We are very excited for you and to be in business with you! To help you get started in this industry, we’ve put together a 30-60-90 day plan to help you keep on track your first few months.
For your first month, please follow the links below and complete the Checklist and Social Media Plan to help you market your new career before moving on to next months tasks.
Day 31 - 60
Enter into month 2!
It’s been a month in your new career already! With the first months checklists completed, we hope you’ve started to settle in a little bit! On to month 2! This is all about educating yourself about all the steps and professionals that are involved in a Real Estate Transaction.
Please complete all the items on the 31-60 Day checklist and checkout the new month of the Social Media Plan.
Day 61 - 90
Starting Month 3!
Whew, after a month of set up, a month of learning, its time to set into Lead Generation, more advanced trainings, and mapping out your business plan.
What’s Next?
I would like to tell you that you are done with training, but that is just not true. Real Estate is an ever-evolving field, meaning there is always something new to learn, and the best agents are learning one new thing everyday and implementing it into their business plan.
Now, that you’ve completed these steps, we highly encourage you to stay plugged into the Market Center and come to classes, business coaching, events, and the office meetings! We guarantee you’ll learn at least one new things that can help your business each time you attend.
